Synopsis

Dr. Dollar has the ability to hypnotize people. Her assistant Halle Baker talks her into hypnotizing patient Marcel Anderson and sending Marcel out to rob a bank. Dr. Dollars' past steps in Nickolias Brown, an ex-boyfriend and drug dealer.
